650 DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS - Claremore Veterans Home is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for day shift. The role oversees clinical staff, coordinates health services, and ensures adherence to care standards in a busy facility.

Requires an Oklahoma RN license and supervisory nursing experience. A bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant supervisory background is acceptable, with competitive hourly wages and shift differential noted for day shifts.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Oklahoma RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing accepted with 2 years supervisory experience; or master’s with 1 year supervisory.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes and directs health services for an assigned program, unit, facility, hospital or geographic area.
• Ensures goals, objectives and work align with standards and that quality care is provided to patients.
• Selects, mentors, motivates and directs development and evaluation of staff.
• Develops budget estimates and monitors expenditures to ensure efficient delivery of services.
