Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license or eNLC-recognized license with supervisory experience.
• BSN with two years of professional nursing experience, one year in supervision.
• Master’s degree with one year supervisory nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct health services for an assigned program, unit, facility, or geographic area.
• Ensure goals and quality care standards are met and resources are available for timely service delivery.
• Select, mentor and supervise staff; monitor quality indicators and educational initiatives.
• Develop or implement policies to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Review reports to improve care quality, equipment, safety, and service utilization.
• Prepare budget estimates and monitor expenditures to stay within guidelines.

Education

Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license

RN license via eNLC

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Master’s degree in Nursing
