Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or eNLC-recognized license.
• At least 3 years of professional nursing experience; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Plan, organize and coordinate nursing services for the unit and facility.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and resource use within budget guidelines.
• Develop and implement policies to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments and cover for Nurse Manager II as needed.
