Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or eNLC-recognized license.
• Three years of professional nursing experience, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with two years of professional nursing experience, one year supervisory; or Master’s degree with one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct nursing services to ensure quality patient care.
• Mentor and evaluate nursing staff; monitor performance and provide staff development.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and patient outcomes; oversee budgeting and resource use.
