Job summary

The State of Oklahoma's 650 Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a PRN RN House Supervisor for day shifts. This part-time, temporary position oversees nursing staff and patient care operations to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating health services, budgeting support, and implementing policies. Requires Oklahoma RN license, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $60 per hour with a 0.87 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Oklahoma RN license or eNLC recognition.
• Three years of professional nursing experience; one year supervisory.
• Master’s degree or BSN with supervisory experience may be required by program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct health services for an assigned unit or facility.
• Mentor, motivate and evaluate staff to ensure quality care.
• Develop and monitor budgets, expenditures and resources.
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership to ensure compliant operations.
