Job summary

Claremore Veterans Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for the night shift on a full-time basis. The role focuses on directing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining efficient operations within the home.

Requirements include an Oklahoma RN license (or eNLC recognition) with supervisory experience; a BSN with relevant experience is acceptable, or an MSN with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience requirements include a valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or eNLC and three years of professional nursing, with supervisory experience.
• Alternatively a Bachelor’s in Nursing with two years of professional nursing, one year supervisory.
• Or a Master’s degree with one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs health services for an program/facility ensuring quality care.
• Mentors, motivates and directs staff; tracks quality indicators and budgets.
• Participates in long-range health care planning and policy implementation.
• Reviews reports to improve quality and utilization of health care.
• Develops budget estimates and monitors expenditures within guidelines.
