Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for the Claremore Veterans Home. This PRN, part-time day shift role oversees nursing staff and ensures delivery of high-quality patient care in a specialized facility.

Candidate must hold a valid Oklahoma RN license (or eNLC recognition) and have supervisory nursing experience. Salary is $60.00/hour with a shift differential for evenings and nights; up to 999 hours annually.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse or eNLC RN license.
• Three years of professional nursing experience, one year supervisory.
• Alternatively, a BSN with two years of nursing experience, one year supervisory; or an MSN with one year supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and evaluates nursing services to ensure quality care.
• Mentors and directs staff development and performance evaluations.
• Develops long-range plans and policies to improve care delivery.
• Monitors quality improvement indicators and applicable budgets.
• Performs other duties consistent with position and agency operations.
