Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-wide nursing leadership and supervision.
• Oversee staffing, patient placement, throughput, and bed management.
• Lead during escalations, rapid responses, codes, and safety events.
• Coach and mentor staff; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Address patient/family concerns and support service recovery.
• Participate in departmental budgeting and staffing planning.
