Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County is seeking an RN House Supervisor to provide hospital-wide leadership, oversee staffing, patient placement, throughput, and bed management.

In this on-site role, you will serve as the on-site nursing leader during escalations and ensure safe, efficient care while mentoring staff. 3x12-hour shifts with rotating days/nights, weekend and holiday rotations, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and active RN licensure in Missouri.
• Minimum 5 years of acute care RN experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages hiring, training, assignments, performance evaluations.
• Supervises safe patient care and acts as on-site leader.
• Assists with patient care operations and service integration.
• Develops nursing staff through coaching and performance observation.
• Liaises between Administration and departments.
• Adheres to budget and department goals.
• Oversees staffing and bed management.
