As an RN with a BSN within 4 years, you’ll apply BLS, ACLS/PALS, and regulatory knowledge, plus EMR proficiency, to mentor teams and ensure service excellence on overnight shifts.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required within 4 years of hire or promotion; education agreements may prevail.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications upon hire or within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise hospital activities for a specific night shift and coordinate between patient care areas.
• Act as a resource for facility policies; communicate with staff, visitors, and on-call leadership.
• Respond to risk management, urgent care situations, codes, and traumas promptly.
• Ensure care adheres to quality standards and regulatory guidelines; maintain nursing competency.
• Utilize EMR and applications to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Oversee staffing, address coverage gaps, and provide staff feedback.
• Promote patient flow and smooth transitions in care across the acute setting.
• Support service excellence and a safe, healthy work environment; coach and mentor staff.
