Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
• RNs hired or promoted must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.
• Education agreement, if present, takes precedence.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit night shift and perform bedside patient care as RN.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and staff development to meet KPIs.
• Precept, mentor, and act as charge nurse on night shift.
• Assist audits, orientation, and unit-based council activities.
• Ensure safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance on the unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
