Job summary
AdventHealth Denver is seeking a qualified RN supervisor for the part-time night shift to lead clinical and administrative activities after regular hours. The role involves oversight of hospital personnel, resource coordination, and ensuring adherence to standard procedures to support patient care.
The position requires 1+ year of supervisory experience and 3+ years of nursing, with an active RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Qualifications
- Must have 1+ year supervisory/charge nurse leadership experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience.
- Current RN license with BLS and ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision after hours.
- Manage hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals, and department requirements.
- Reassigns employees to different duties to optimize skills, abilities, and workloads.
- Attends regular meetings with management to resolve problems, exchange information, and plan accordingly.
- Collaborates with nursing leaders to coordinate hospital activities.
