ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse, House Supervisor for the night shift in Beachwood, Ohio. This 13-week contract role requires leadership over the nursing team and delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring safety protocols and care standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is required.
• BLS Certification is required prior to the first shift.
• ACLS is required prior to the first shift for CIRH only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments for all patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Document all patient assessments, interventions, and responses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate actively in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care.
• Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care and patient safety during transitions.
• Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, ensuring proper delegation of tasks.
• Implement discharge planning and patient education from admission through discharge.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all hospital safety policies.
