Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates nursing activities on the night shift to ensure high standards of care.
• Mentors and supports nursing staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Conducts shift hand-offs to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and tracks performance indicators.
• Reviews and documents incidents and other patient care issues.
