• Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Document all patient assessments, interventions, and responses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate actively in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care.
• Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care and patient safety during transitions.
• Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, ensuring proper delegation of tasks.
• Implement discharge planning and patient education from admission through discharge.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all hospital safety policies.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, House Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the safety and wellness of both patients and staff.
