Select Specialty Hospital - Canton, part of Select Medical, is seeking a House Supervisor RN for overnight coverage in Canton, OH. The role leads clinical teams on a 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. schedule, ensuring safe patient care and efficient operations in a post-ICU setting.

Qualifications include valid RN licensure, BLS/ACLS at hire; 5 years critical care experience preferred and BSN preferred. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse license (RN).
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
