Bonner General Health in Sandpoint, Idaho, is seeking a Hospital Supervisor in the Nursing Services Department. This fast-paced role provides leadership in the absence of management to support hospital operations during night hours, weekends, and holidays, requiring autonomous decision-making and strong coordination with clinical teams.

The ideal candidate has a BSN or equivalent, at least three years as a charge nurse or supervisor in acute care, and Idaho RN licensure with ACLS/PALS.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as charge nurse, supervisor or manager in an acute care setting; Management experience or documented background.
• Current Idaho RN license; ACLS, PALS required; Procedural Sedation, NRP and TNCC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work in the absence of management to facilitate hospital operations during the night on weekends and holidays.
