The successful candidate will hold RN licensure (Idaho/compact), BSN preferred, and possess required certifications.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Idaho or compact state.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS as required within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff on the floor to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Coordinate shift coverage and staffing levels.
• Oversee admissions, transfers and discharges for efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership on operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and hospital policies.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff.
