Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Idaho RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and preferred BSN; 5 years nursing,

Qualifications

• Five (5) years nursing experience.
• Two (2) years in a leadership role preferred.
• Previous Intensive Care Unit/PCU experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of critical care nursing.
• Current Idaho RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) Certification.
• Current ACLS, PALS, NRP, Procedural Sedation and NIHSS.
• PCCN or CCRN, special certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director in overseeing daily department operations, clinical practice, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
• Promotes safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the hospital's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.
