Qualifications

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred, or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree upon hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada RN license.
• BLS certification required at time of hire; CN-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of patient care on postpartum unit.
• Lead and support nursing staff; act as role model and coach.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to ethics and standards of care; promote evidence-based practice.
