Empath Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts in our care center in Sarasota, FL. You will deliver bedside care, coordinate with families, and ensure comfort for terminally ill patients.

You’ll supervise LPNs/aides and may float to support care as needed, reporting to the Care Center Manager. Required are a Florida RN license, 1+ year bedside experience, and a valid driver’s license; enthusiasm for Full Life Care is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of bedside nursing experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (A.A.) or equivalent.
• Florida RN license and valid driver's license required.
• Experience with terminally ill patients preferred; acute/post-acute care exposure beneficial.

• Identify and coordinate patient/family needs and provide preventive and supportive care.
• Utilize assessment, intervention and teaching to maximize comfort and quality of life.
• Oversee LPN and/or aide for care delivery in the GIP environment; float when needed.
