Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care – Cottage on Vine in Murray, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead nursing staff and deliver patient-centered care daily. The RN will supervise LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, administer medications, and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, an unrestricted RN license in Utah, and CPR certification, with preferred experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs per regulations and policies.
• Prepare and administer medications as per physician orders and observe for adverse effects.
• Assist in admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
• Promote infection control and participate in QAPI activities as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ holistic needs.
