Qualifications

• Current RN License and valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current credentials.
• A valid driver’s license is required to support travel as needed.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams on care plans.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support residents, patients, and families with compassionate care.
