Job summary

Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a Full-Time NOC (night) position. You will lead and supervise the nursing team, coordinate daily activities, and respond quickly to changing resident conditions.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and professional growth within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and has experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Current and in good standing RN license in the State of California.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor residents' conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
• Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.
