Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities within a long-term care setting. You will lead the unit, perform assessments, document meticulously, and participate in staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Maintaining required CEUs.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction on the assigned unit.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and charting.
• Participating in staff evaluations and staffing decisions.
• Serving on committees to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Assuming Building Charge duties as assigned.
