Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Clearfield in Clearfield, Utah, is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our long-term care team. The facility offers a supportive environment focused on high-quality resident care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN or LPN license.
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.

• Strong communication with care team and residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in the assigned unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Administer nursing care and monitor health status.
