Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care – Cottage on Vine in Murray, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct bedside care under the direction of licensed staff. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health status, and document care actions in the EMR system.

The role requires ensuring dignity and respect for residents, maintaining safety, and adhering to facility policies. Training is provided; on-site, hourly, non-exempt position with opportunities for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• SNF/ALF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to assigned residents per care plans and supervisor guidance.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates dining services, meal delivery, feeding assistance, and intake documentation.
• Records weight changes and other vitals as directed by nurses.
• Monitors skin condition and reports any issues to nursing staff.
• Completes flow sheets and documents progress as directed.
• Adheres to infection control policies and participates in drills.
