INTEGRIS Health Edmond Medical Center in Edmond, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for a Full-Time Night shift to manage the delivery and documentation of patient care under supervision of a manager, director, or vice president.

The role includes assessments, care planning, implementation of interventions, evaluation, and coordinating licensed and non-licensed staff, with mentoring responsibilities for students and team members to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from an eNLC state.
• BLS must be issued within 30 days of hire; Hospice requires CPR in lieu of BLS.
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and reassessments of patient needs.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
