Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Edmond, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time. The RN will manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process, with potential float to other units and on-call duties as required.

Responsibility includes documentation, planning, and supervision of care for assigned patients. The role requires Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification, with Hospice CPR in lieu of BLS possible.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN licensure or a valid multi-state license (eNLC).
• BLS/CPR certification required; Hospice may accept CPR in lieu of BLS.
• Hospice setting on-call/float requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient needs.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement and document care interventions.
• Evaluate patient outcomes of care.
• Supervises and coordinates licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Mentor and guide non-licensed personnel and students.
• Reports to nurse leadership (manager/director/VP).
