Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Edmond, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time. The role focuses on delivering and documenting patient care, with supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff and mentoring students as appropriate.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or via eNLC compact.
• BLS (ARC or AHA) within 30 days of hire; Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS.
• Other certifications/ competencies required per service line.

Responsibilities

• Assess and re-assess patients and needs.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement and adjust patient care interventions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Mentor non-licensed staff and students as appropriate.
• Report to manager, director, or VP.
