Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a valid multistate license (eNLC) is required.
• BLS certification must be current at hire or obtained within 30 days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and re-assessments.
• Develop plan of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate patient care interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff in care delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed staff and students.
• Reports to the appropriate manager, director, or VP.
