Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Edmond Medical Center in Edmond, OK is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our team. You will help deliver high-quality patient care, document care activities, and coordinate plan of care with the health team.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license is required or active multistate license (eNLC).
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• CPR certification required provided in Hospice setting if BLS not used.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions to determine care needs.
• Develop and update the plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions and monitor patient responses.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate care from licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students and support staff.
