Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital in Enid, OK seeks a Staff Registered Nurse for night shift 7:00p–7:00a, full-time. The RN is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process and may float to other units and participate in on-call status.

Key duties include assessments, planning of care, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes, with supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff and mentorship of trainees. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS or equivalent CPR per hospice requirements when applicable.
• Certifications and competencies required by service line.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments of patients.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Supervises and coordinates licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
