Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool on the Night shift. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate care, and educate patients and families while ensuring safe medication administration and adherence to standards.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across units to support patient needs. The role requires BSN, active Illinois RN license, BLS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Illinois RN license current
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within three years
