You will supervise staffing, maintain quality, and drive cost-conscious care delivery within a dynamic hospital setting. Required BSN, Illinois RN license, 3+ years RN experience, BLS, telemetry competency, and proficient English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• 3 years RN experience or more.
• Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Telemetry competency required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as shift coordinator for RN float pool.
• Coordinate daily unit operations and staffing per shift.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to nursing standards.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with educators and managers for staff orientation.
• Oversee timely completion of charges and unit revenue reporting.
