Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, invites you to join a dedicated RN team in Columbus on a 12 Hour Night Shift. The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing school.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduate nurses with less than one year are enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and promotes patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Assess and evaluate patient care, collaborating with patient and family to plan care.
• Communicate pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes per standards and guidelines.
• Assumes responsibility for care documented by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
