Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• For Casual RNs, 2 years of experience required.
• New graduates with <1 year of clinical experience enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure patient safety, promoting evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate patient care, collaborate with patient and family to plan care.
• Communicate pertinent information to the team in a timely manner and keep families updated.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes in accordance with policies.
• Assume responsibility for care provided and documented by others as appropriate.
