Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to float across Mercy St. Louis facilities and surrounding communities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, working nights in a full-time capacity.

Requires graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN license (compact where applicable), 3 years ED experience, BLS plus ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years ED RN experience; 6 months in last year.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Float among Mercy St. Louis and surrounding facilities to meet patient care needs.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support ED operations.
