Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to join the Regional Float Pool, delivering care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region. This role suits nurses who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and value ongoing learning.

Requirements include ED RN experience, active RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC/MANDT within 90 days, and a BSN preferred. Night shifts with competitive incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience with last 12 months.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Care for adult/geriatric patients in the Emergency Department float pool across multiple Mercy hospitals.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
