Job summary

Mercy seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN for its Regional Float Pool across multiple St. Louis area facilities. The role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for adult and geriatric populations.

Candidates must have 3+ years in the ED, RN licensure in the state (or compact), and certifications including BLS; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and MANDT within 90 days. Night shifts with generous incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience, with 6 months in the last year.
• Certifications required to start: BLS; ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adults/geriatric patients.
• Provide care across Mercy’s Regional Float Pool at multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain up-to-date certifications.
