Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool across multiple St. Louis area hospitals. The role involves night shifts and delivering critical care in adult/geriatric populations.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care per clinical standards. Requirements include RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state, 3+ years ED experience, and certifications to start; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program; Missouri licensure required.
• 3+ years Emergency Department RN experience; 6 months within the last year preferred.
• Must obtain BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool and care for patients across multiple hospitals.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams in a dynamic, overnight setting.
