Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis area. The role covers multiple hospitals with a focus on adult/geriatric populations, delivering comprehensive nursing care during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience; 6 months in last year.
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Join Mercy’s Regional Float Pool and support multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
