Mercy Regional Float Pool RN Nights is a dynamic role providing care across Mercy St Louis and surrounding communities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients within the Emergency Department network. Join a team that thrives on collaboration and continuous learning across multiple facilities in the St.

Louis region. The position requires an accredited RN degree, state licensure, and a minimum of 3 years ED experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience; 6 months in last year.
• BLS certified; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.
• Stand/walk most of the shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing education.
