Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions to reach outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate interventions and revise care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement to improve quality, patient satisfaction, and efficiency.
