Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support; American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse; Ohio Board of Nursing
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - initial, ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate response and revise plan of care.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and financials.
• Operations - contribute to department operations.
