Qualifications

• 10 months or more of clinical RN experience required.
• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Diploma in Nursing is required; BLS certification mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate, age-appropriate clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Recognize acute changes in patient status and intervene appropriately.
• Safely manage assigned patients through organization, delegation, and treatments per policy.
• Develop and document patient and family education plans.
• Support clinical decision-making and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care honoring patient and family dignity.
• Develop comprehensive discharge plans and coordinate with patients and families.
