Springfield Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) to provide high-quality patient care within the Nursing Department. The role emphasizes adherence to Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice and effective use of the Nursing Process, with appropriate delegation and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN with an active Vermont RN license (or compact state) and demonstrate basic to advanced life-support credentials.

Formación

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Vermont RN license in good standing; compact state license ok.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience preferred for specialties.
• Strong lifespan nursing knowledge and patient care skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and care-delivery tech.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care per professional standards and department guidance.
• Apply the Nursing Process; document and supervise delegated tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and policies.
