Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency for clear clinical documentation and patient safety.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities within an interdisciplinary care setting.
• Active RN license in the state and current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs per state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for safe discharge planning and coordinated care.
