Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Mount Olive, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will care for residents with complex needs and partner with the care team to deliver excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
