Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout care continuum.
• Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to improve quality and safety.
